A stable company in Berlin (real estate and property management) is looking for a secretary / office manager for a permanent position. We are seeking an organized and responsible person who will help maintain order in the office and be a key support in the team's daily work.
Responsibilities:
- answering calls and managing e-mail
- document management (contracts, letters, invoices)
- organizing and coordinating meetings, calendar management
- communication with tenants, partners and contractors
- preparation of documents, letters and simple reports
- supporting management with daily tasks
- administrative support of the office
Requirements:
- German language skills (minimum B1)
- Russian is required, English is a plus
- experience as a secretary / assistant / office manager is welcome
- confident user of Word, Excel, e-mail
- attention to detail, neatness and organizational skills
- responsibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment
- pleasant communication skills and good command of language
Would be an advantage:
- experience working in Germany
- experience in real estate or property management
- experience communicating with tenants / clients
